- Shipping Methods and Carriers
Carriers Used: We partner with reputable carriers, including UPS, Canada Post, USPS and Loomis Express (for supplier-direct shipments), to ensure timely and secure delivery of your orders.
PO Box Deliveries: Orders shipped to PO Box addresses will be handled exclusively by Canada Post or USPS and may take longer to reach its destination.
Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed and paid for before 2 PM MST will be shipped on the same business day, subject to product availability and product location.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected:
Standard Delivery:
- Alberta (AB), British Columbia (BC): 1–3 days
- Saskatchewan (SK), Manitoba (MB): 2–3 days
- Ontario (ON), Quebec (QC): 3–4 days
- Prince Edward Island (PE), Nova Scotia (NS), New Brunswick (NB), Northwest Territories (NT), Yukon (YT), Nunavut (NU), Newfoundland and Labrador (NL): 4–6 days
Express Delivery:
- Alberta (AB), British Columbia (BC), Saskatchewan (SK), Manitoba (MB), Ontario (ON), Quebec (QC): 1–2 days
- Prince Edward Island (PE), Nova Scotia (NS), New Brunswick (NB), Northwest Territories (NT), Yukon (YT), Nunavut (NU), Newfoundland and Labrador (NL): 3–4 days
- Shipping Costs
We offer flat shipping rates around the globe. ( heavy products or large boxes may require additional fees.
- Order Tracking
Tracking information will be provided via email once the order has been shipped. Customers can monitor their delivery status through the carrier’s tracking platform.
- Insurance and Liability
Insurance Coverage: All shipments are insured for their full value to safeguard against loss or damage during transit.
Delivery Issues: If a shipment is delayed, lost, or damaged, we will work with the carrier to investigate the issue. Replacement products or refunds will be provided upon approval of the carrier’s investigation.
Limitations: We are not liable for delivery delays caused by events outside our control, including but not limited to adverse weather, carrier disruptions, or natural disasters.
- Customer Responsibilities
Accurate Information: Customers must ensure that the shipping address and contact details provided are accurate and complete.
Package Inspection: Upon receipt, customers should inspect their package for any visible damage or discrepancies. Issues must be reported to us within 3 calendar days.
- Special Notes
Direct Supplier Shipments: For items shipped directly from suppliers, Loomis Express will be the designated carrier.
Failed Delivery Attempts: In the event of a failed delivery due to customer error (e.g., incorrect address), additional fees may apply for re-shipment.
- Shipping Restrictions
Hazardous or regulated materials may require additional documentation or handling and are subject to carrier restrictions.
- Claims and Disputes
Damaged Items: Customers must provide photographic evidence of damaged items and the packaging within 3 calendar days to initiate a claim.
Lost Shipments: Claims for lost shipments will be processed after an investigation with the carrier is complete. This process may take up to 14 business days.
